It’s January and I’m still thinking about my 2017’s goals. On the first post of the year, I talked about what I expected about this blog during this year, but I think that I need something more personal. I’ve thought about several things, but I’ll try to think about something that I think that I can really achieve and maintain a routine. For this reason, I am only going to do two things. The first is to drink more water because it’s so important for your skin and body, and then to do more exercise.
I know, I am not the best person to talk about exercise, because I’m so lazy. Last year I tried to go to the gym, but that’s definitely not my thing. So, not so long ago I started going hiking and running outdoors, and this is much more entertaining. The key to keep doing it regularly is going with someone, and I’m sure that you’ll have fun this way.
And, of course, you should always be prepared and wear proper clothes. These days are kinda cold, so I decided to wear a super warm sweatshirt in baby blue and comfy leggings, both from Romwe. Then, if you’re still cold, you can throw on a puffy jacket. And lastly, sneakers, obviously.
