I’m a person that prefers dressing up rather than down. I love to wear comfortable clothes, but always trying to look put together. I don’t know how I can describe my style, but I’d say “casual put together”, or something like that, always with neutral colors and nothing too much colorful and bright. Due to many years trying to define my style, I’ve learned so many tips I use every day to create new outfits.
To be casual is a must. There’s anything more horrible to be uncomfortable during all day because of the clothes or shoes you’re wearing. Obviously, there are more comfortable pieces than others, and some days you have to sacrifice yourself to wear something that isn’t that comfy to look good (like some uncomfortable heels). Sometimes you think that an online store is selling items with a high quality and turns out is the worst and most comfortable thing ever. That’s why you should check out some reviews from the sites first, in this case, a Shein review.
Today I’m going to show you an outfit that represents my style to perfection (even though I’m not wearing any camel or cream item) and give you my best tips to look put together and dressed up, while being comfortable and not getting stressed when choosing what to wear.
Always start with basic pieces, like a basic white t-shirt (a must) and denim jeans (another must). These are the most basic pieces you could ever think of. If you don’t like these, you could choose black jeans and a white shirt. Now that we are dressed we must add some other pieces to elevate our outfit. A blazer is what I love the most. It is such a basic piece as well, and looks so smart and flattening to everybody. I recently got this long one from Shein, so you have not excuse to have one, because you can find really cheap ones. For shoes, I chose these black heels. Honestly, these are one of the most comfortable shoes I have and make my legs look longer.
But wait, the outfit is not complete without accessories. As always, I love to add a lot of gold jewelry to my outfits. Just layer necklaces, add a belt with something gold in it, wear glasses if you need to, a bag with gold hardware, rings, and a watch. Gold accessories really make the difference, and this is the best advice I could ever give you to make an outfit stand out.
Do you have any other tip to make a casual outfit look more put together? What do you think about my outfit? Definitely tell me so in the comments down below and I’ll be glad to read!
