DIOR BEAUTY REVIEW

Those who follow me on Instagram would already know that I’m currently collaborating with Dior Beauty to create content for them. I got the chance to try three of their products and talk about them and shot beautiful pictures for the brand. But, I know that what all of you are waiting for is an honest review of those products.

The partnership I have with Dior Beuty is on Instagram, where I’m going to show the most glamorous side of the products because of the luxurious brand and beautiful packaging, but this blog post is NOT SPONSORED by them. I’m writing this review just to share my opinion with you.

I’ve been using these products for three weeks in a row, so I feel like I finally can write a proper and honest review about them. And, the most important, tell you if these are worth the money you pay for them. I’m going to be searching the price of these products at Sephora, because I think that the majority of us have access to it pretty easily.

Dior Addict Lip Glow (37,50€)

This is a product I’ve seen a lot on YouTube videos from beauty gurus and I was so curious to try. It is supposed to embellish your lips and enhance your lip color. The one I got is the shade 001 Pink.

To be honest, I’ve tried a lot of different lipsticks and moisturizing balms because my lips are too sensitive to the changing weather. I’ve tried so many different brands (really well-known ones), and the only one that actually worked for me is a Eucerin one. Because of that, I didn’t expect this Dior product to moisturize my lips enough, but it surprisingly did it.

This lip glow moisturized my lips so well and I only had to reapply it a few times throughout the day. The color looks so natural and pretty. And it also has a slight mint smell, but so subtle.

So, now I understand why so many beauty gurus used this product. It has really surprised me. This is the perfect everyday lips product I would wear, because looks natural and it’s really moisturizing.

DiorShow Pump’n Volume Mascara (35,95€)

I’m really picky when it comes to mascaras because I always look for that awesome eye makeup, but not too heavy looking. Brushes are what really make the difference in application, but the formula is also really important because it has to stay in place all day long.

I expected this mascara to look heavy the first days because it was new and there was a lot of product, but I was pleasingly surprised again. It looked so natural and my lashes looked so long and beautiful, just how I like it.

Also, it’s so cool that you can increase the volume on your lashes by squeezing the mascara to make the brush get more product. So innovative and cool.

Dior Capture Youth Glow Booster (96,95€)

Let’s start talking about the beautiful packaging it has. I’ve always been so obsessed with aesthetics and beautiful packagings, and this is definitely a 10/10. But, a product is nothing if the packaging is pretty but the actual product is horrible.

This glow booster is a serum that is supposed to brighten and smooth skin texture. It energizes your skin and makes it glow because of the vitamin c and other acids it has.

I apply this serum to my face every morning after washing it. Then I apply my regular moisturizer and eye cream as usual. My skin has a really beautiful and healthy look during the whole day that I love so much. You already know how many times I’ve talked about the fact that I don’t want to use makeup but I want my skin to look beautiful and healthy. This is definitely the product I was looking for. I’m so gratefully surprised with this product.

It is a pretty pricey product, but serums are actually not that cheap, despite the brand. Also, I think that you get a generous amount in a bottle, which I’m sure it’s going to last for so long.

Because Dior is such an important and well-known brand across the world I had positive expectations of these products. An important brand like this can’t disappoint their customers, but I didn’t expect incredible and life-changing products.

It is obvious that an important percentage of the money you pay is because of the brand, because they must keep their cache and luxe high. But, I’m so surprised for the quality of these products. They accomplish what they are supposed to do, and they’re pretty innovative with their products. I’m going to keep using these three products for sure!
