Fresh iced tea

I love tea, but summer is hot and I’m not in the mood of drinking hot drinks. No problem! I have the solution to keep enjoying this amazing drink but in a more fresh way.

If you follow me on Twitter you’ll probably know that I felt in love with iced tea. Refreshing and delicious. Perfect!

This one that I tried was for taking away, but you can do your own at your house and drink it whenever you want. It’s so easy!

Only do what you use to do! And then keep the drink in the freezer. Are you thirsty? Take a cup and fill it with your cold tea, then add some ices and you’re done!

Maybe you’ve heard about Lipton or Arizona iced tea, but if you do it homemade you have more options to choose. The same as Starbucks iced tea, you’ll save a lot of money!

Tell me in the commemt box if you like iced tea as much as I do!

Say goodbye to chapped lips

We love doing DIYs because it means we can control what we’re putting on our skin and we save lots of money. Today I’m going to show you how to do our own lip scrubs because we all love Lush’s products, but me should save some money.

For each recipe you only need two components: an exfoliator and a nourishing agent, which are a fabulous solution for chapped lips. Be careful because it’s very probable that you want to eat it!

This recipe is so easy and you can customize the flavor with your favorite lip balm. Just combine it with some petroleum jelly and some sugar for instant exfoliating action!

But I’m going to share with you my favorite lip scrub recipe. This works perfectly and your lips will be so smooth.

You’ll need:

1 tsp of coconut oil

1 tsp of raw honey

1.5 – 2 TB of raw/granulated sugar

Some lemon juice

Tell me in the comment box if you ever did a homemade lip scrub. Let’s share recipes!

Yummy ice cream!

I love ice cream and I think that I’m not the only one.

I use to spend a lot of money buying ice cream, but I thought that could be a good idea to make my own ice cream at home. So that’s what I’m going to show you today.

For all the different recipes you’re gonna need condensed milk and cream, but then you can add your favorite ingredients (chocolate, marmalade, flavors…) to get the best ice cream ever. You only have to leave it a few hours in the freezer and that’s all you have to do!

You can serve it in cups or “cute containers”.

Or between two cookies and I promise that this is so yummy.

I hope you liked the idea because I think that it’s a easy way to save money and using creativity to create new awesome flavors.

Tell me in the comment box which is your favorite flavor. Mine is probably hazelnut.

Homemade popsicles

Summer is very hot but I have the solution. Today I’m going to show you how to do the best popsicles of the world!

The best thing about them is that they’re very refreshing and it’s so easy to do.

You’ll only need your favorite fruits and a popsicle mold or a simple cup.

Choose your favorite fruit and do a puree with it.

Once done you can fill in your molds with all the fruit puree. Then put the molds in the fridge for around 45 hours and you’re done!

Do you like popsicles? Tell me in the comment box which is your favorite taste and if you want me to write a post about homemade ice cream.

Homemade face masks

Today I’m feeling good and I want to do something useful for myself. And I decided to show you some homemade face masks that I love.

Sooooooo, let’s get started!

1· For all the skin types:

1 tablespoon oatmeal (finely ground)

1 tablespoon yogurt (better organic yogurt and this musn’t be flavored)

A few drops of honey

Preparation: Mix all together with the drops of honey (should be warm).

Apply the mask to the face and leave it on for 10 minutes.

That’s all!

 2· Oily and acne-prone skin:

6 fresh strawberries

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Preparation: De-stem the strawberries and grind them. Add lemon juice, brown sugar and honey. Blend all together until a paste is made (if the paste is too watery, add a teaspoon of flour).

Then apply mask to face for 10 minutes and remove with warm water!

 Dry or chapped skin:

½ ripe avocado

¼ cup honey

Preparation: Mash the avocado in a bowl, then mix with the honey.
Apply to skin and leave for 10 minutes.
Wash away face with a cool washcloth!

I hope that this 3 face masks inspired you to do it at home and please tell em in the comment box what type of skin do you have to someday tell you more recipes!

Fast & Delicious snack

Today I decided to do a kind of “healthy” snack very easy and fast to do when you’re hungry.

You only have to toast bread, spread chocolate cream and cut some banana or the fruit that you prefer. This way you’ll have a very tasty snack at the moment!
