You already know the jewelry obsessed I am and how important I think those little details are. Now, more than ever, to choose the right jewelry is a must because of all this festive season and the many parties there are these upcoming days. Today I’m going to share with you some tips and advice for you to choose the right pieces to wear to every single party occasion you might have.

Don’t Overdo It

It is very tempting to wear jewelry in just about every way possible, but I really don’t recommend you so, because you could look just too much and that wouldn’t give you that glam and stylish look you’re looking for. Jewelry is an accessory that is designed to highlight features and too much will not achieve the desired result. Try choosing a couple simple but out-standing pieces, like earrings, a necklace, or a bracelet. I’m sure you probably have some solid silver bracelets your friends will love and by choosing carefully, your outfit will be perfectly complemented.

Accentuate your Positive Features

Jewelry can be a great ally if you want people to focus their attention on a certain part of your body. Glitzy earrings will highlight your facial features, while a solid silver bracelet shows off your dainty wrist, a ring can drive attention to your hands, and with some careful mixing and matching, you can add some style and elegance to any outfit.

Trial and Error

You don’t even know how many times I try and try and try different outfits before a party. So the same happens with jewelry and accessories, you have to try different options and see which ones work the best. If it’s too much, if it looks good with what you’re wearing, if the jewelry match well, etc.

Silver or gold

You know that I’m a gold-obsessed, but silver is a great choice too. Sterling silver is also a great choice I don’t talk about too often, but you can definitely elevate your outfit with it too. A chunky link bracelet for the outgoing type, or a thin strand bracelet for the introvert, and rings offer a chance to add some color to your hands.

Showcase your Personality

Jewellery should reveal your personality and if you are at all unsure, consult with a professional or a friend you know can help you define your personality and therefore, select the right type of jewelry to show your personality in the best light. For me, it’s all about simple pieces, with a minimal style. Love that!
