BEHIND THE SCENES OF 080 BCN FASHION WEEK

You asked for it and here you have it! I always share with you the outfits that I wear to the 080 Barcelona fashion week, and then also share a little bit of my experience on Instagram stories, but I have never shown you what’s like behind the scenes. Today I really wanted to show you a bit about the place, the shows I went to, and things that happened there.

This season I didn’t have enough time to go to all the shows I’d like to, so I had to choose my fave ones and see if the dates were okay to fit on my schedule. I finally went to two shows on two different days. System action on Tuesday and Escorpion Studio on Wednesday. Both collections were amazing because of the designs and marvelous fabrics, but my fave definitely was System Action because I’m really into their vibe and all the pieces were in neutral colors, which I adore.

The shows were held in Sant Pau Recinte Modernista, like the two past seasons. This is such a beautiful place that really represents the architecture from Barcelona. The room where the shows had place is so beautiful and the scenario, with the lights and music, makes everything so cool.

There are a lot of press people, bloggers, celebrities and photographers around all the time. People wear their best and most fashionable clothes, so there are photographers and press people taking shots and interviewing people. I don’t know if you remember that last year I got interviewed to talk about what I was wearing. This year, as the last seasons, photographers want to shoot my outfits as well, which is always great to meet new people and see their photography skills.

Summarizing, this is one of the most boosting experiences I have the chance to live twice a year, and I’m so grateful for it. If any of you have the chance to go to a huge or a local fashion week just go, you won’t regret. I think that it’s a great experience to see, get inspired and meet a lot of new people who can teach you a lot of new things.
