I’ve been talking so much about incorporating prints to make your outfits more summer appropiate, due to the fact that I wouldn’t consider myself a huge lover of bright colors. That’s why I always stick to the same color scheme, but I wear much many more printed items to avoid looking dull and boring.
Lately I’m so into leopard print (because it fits perfectly into my color scheme) and I’m also starting to style some polka-dot items because of Song of Style. But, there’s one print I’ve been wearing so much for my whole entire life. And I’m not exaggerating, I have photos of me when I was a little kid wearing this print. I’m talking about stripes.
Stripes have always been a must in my wardrobe. I h have so many clothes with this print because it’s so pretty and flattering if you wear it the right way. For those who don’t know, vertical stripes make you look slimmer and taller, and horizontal stripes just the opposite. I have always loved that navy and french vibe that stripes add to your looks. I have shirts, dresses, skirts, t-shirts, blouses… Everything with stripes.
Today I wanted to share with you a really cute dress I recently got from Yoins. It is super cheap and the quality of the fabric has impressed me so much in a positive way. I think that the shape of it is really cute, I’m in love with the frills and the matching belt. I wore gold accessories as usual, comfy white sneakers and a brown bag.
