You must have noticed that I’m in love with gold jewelry. I accessorize all my outfits with this kind of pieces because they instantly elevate your looks, and make you look more put together. I will always say that investing in gold jewelry is great because it will never go out of style.
For me, the key is to always wear basic pieces and neutral colors and accessorize it with tons of gold jewelry. This saves a lot of space for clothing you don’t really need, and makes much easier to get dressed every morning because you don’t have to think that much what to wear and if it’s going to look good or not.
Also, accessories are a great way to dress up or down an outfit. It all depends on the style of jewelry and size you go for. For every day it’s better to choose small simple pieces, and for evening parties statement and bigger pieces to stand out.
You’ve seen me in every single blog post wearing gold jewelry, and talking about how much I love to wear it. Also, I’ve shared several tips with you about how to easily elevate an outfit with these simple pieces.
To build your jewelry selection requires time. I didn’t go and bought everything I have in one day. I built my selection with time and a lot of research. I love to browse on several sites and look for styles that I know I’ll be wearing forever. Also, I love to be gifted jewelry pieces for my birthday and Christmas, because I know that I’ll be wearing these pieces for such a long time.
There are so many different brands and designs, so you just have to look for the one that suits your style the best. You can go for the simple and minimalistic pieces that you’ll be able to wear for years and years, or you can look for the latest trends in designs of jewelry if you’re looking for more fashionable and trendy pieces. My top brands right now would be Mejuri, Cendré, In A Perfect World, etc.
That would be a choice, to look for new pieces, but something I really like is to look for vintage items. For some reason they have that something special which makes them unique. There are several brands that sell vintage jewelry like Rock n Rose (they have just launched their new vintage collection), or you can go further and look for antique style engagement rings you can get from Kalmar Antiques and other stores.
So, as you can see, there are many places where you can look for jewelry pieces, both new and vintage. You just have to look for the designs that suit your style the best and what fits your budget. But, I can assure you that gold jewelry will always be a great investment.
