I don’t know if you remember a blog post that I did last year talking about the cowboy boot trend that is going on, the fact that I didn’t like that style of boots, and that I found a similar style which was going to be the nearest style to the cowboy ones you’ll ever see me wearing. I’m sorry but that wasn’t true.

The other day I was scrolling down several shops and I saw how many new styles brands have created. I thought that all of them were really pretty but something I wouldn’t see myself wearing. And then I found THE boots.

I just can’t believe that I got myself a pair of cowboy boots. These are not the typical and traditional ones made of leather, because those are the ones I actually don’t like. I got a pair in a nude knit material with snake print details from EgoShoes. I’m obsessed with these boots.

So now, I can properly share with you how I styled cowboy boots.

This time I went for something basic and put together. I wanted to create an outfit I could easily wear to work, for example. I decided to wear a turtleneck, mini skirt, and a blazer. All in black to make it monochrome and make the shoes stand out more. Then, because the weather might be chilly, I got a nude trench coat that matched the color of the shoes. And, last but not least, gold accessories as expected.

Turned out to be one of my favorite outfits so far because it looks so smart and put together, and I can also say that I’ve fallen in love with these shoes. Also, the fact that they’re in a pretty neutral color makes so easy to style them many ways, and the snake print is also so trendy this season.

What do you think about cowboy boots? Do you like how I styled them? Definitely tell me so in the comments down below and I’ll be glad to read!
