The fresh start of spring is the best excuse to start wearing dresses. Maybe it might be a bit cold still in some places, cloudy, or rainy, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t feel the need to start wearing more summery pieces like dresses.
Despite the few drops of rain or the couple clouds above Barcelona, I’m really into wearing dresses whenever I can. I got really excited at first with really cute short dresses (like the heart printed one I already showed you), but because of the changing weather, I had to rethink my mind and find a more appropriate kind of dress.
That’s what this summer I’m really into maxi dresses. You still have that summer vibe, with lighter fabrics, but is not that short as if you were on a summer holiday. Also, maxi dresses are so easy to dress up and down. More casual if you style it with sneakers, and more dressed up with sandals or even heels.
This time I styled a maxi dress I recently got from MissyEmpire, which I already had in black and wore it so much last year that I had to have it in white too. I paired it with black mules, sunglasses and gold jewellery.
