WHITE BY THE SEA

Last day of Barcelona fashion week took place at the port, right next to the sea. The idea was really nice since it was the summer edition and all the shows were showing their beachwear collections. But, again, it was a bit too sunny and hot there, so I tried my best to stay under the huge umbrellas they placed along the rows, and also remind myself to stay hydrated all the time. But, despite my attempt to stay covered from the sun, I got a bit of a burn on my legs and shoulders.

Even though the heat and the really sunny weather, the location was really beautiful, since the models were walking right next to the beautiful boats in their beautiful swimwear and cover-ups.

Since it took place by the sea, I wanted to wear an appropriate outfit. Whenever I think about the sea what comes to my mind is white and, even more, if I know it’s going to be pretty sunny. For that reason, I decided to wear the beautiful white blazer dress I already showed you a while ago here on the blog. But, this time I decided to style it with brown wedges, a brown bag, and a hat to cover my head and face from the crazy burning sun. Last but not least, as usual, gold jewellery such as earrings, a nice watch, and layered dainty necklaces.

It turned out that I picked up the perfect outfit for the day, since the white kept me a bit more fresh from the sun heat, and also the fact that I got a hat to cover my head and face. Also, I’m so happy my outfit matched really well with the blue and white location next to the sea.
