Welcome December, a month full of love, joy, happiness, appreciation and gratitude. Definitely the best way to finish the year.
I’m the happiest because Christmas is just right next door and that means that is time to start doing all the Christmassy stuff like ice skating, cute Christmas markets, all the classic films, hot drinks, dark afternoons, being cosy at home, and enjoying time together. But, there’s nothing compared to walking around the city to enjoy all the beautiful decoration in the streets, and also in shops and nice hotels.
This time I decided to go and visit the Palace Hotel here in Barcelona, because I knew it is such a beautiful hotel and that it was already all decorated, so a visit was compulsory. All the furniture, adornments and little details make this hotel such a special place, and I couldn’t help myself not to take photos there. It is just too beautiful.
Other than that, the weather is slightly transitioning to winter, but still keeping it really sunny and nice, which I always appreciate. This time I decided to wear a more light-coloured look since I felt that lately I was wearing too many dark outfits and I wanted to match with the upcoming winter season.
I wore the comfiest knitted skirt from LilyLulu, a white basic jumper, basic white trainers, a timeless trench coat, my beloved baker boy hat and a nude bag to match all the other light tones of my outfit. Such a basic, comfy and warm outfit, and that’s always the best choice.
